Every report I sell starts with the same question. Does this diagnostic model with the friction index hold up outside of banking? I built two websites for two separate audiences to find out. Two very different industries the same four‑part method: score the company's public signals, rank them by severity, write the findings in plain language, deliver a fixed‑fee report.
