What is included

Customer Acquisition Signal Report - a written diagnostic covering your bank's full digital acquisition footprint across retail products. Delivered as a PDF prior to the briefing session.
45-minute Executive Briefing session - a live video call (Zoom or Google Meet) to walk your leadership team through the Signal Report findings, answer questions, and discuss prioritization.
Session recording - a recording of the briefing call for internal circulation.
Findings presentation deck - a slide deck summarizing key findings, used during the briefing and provided after for sharing with stakeholders who were not on the call.

What is not included

Implementation, redesign, or build work of any kind.
Ongoing advisory, retainer, or follow-up sessions beyond the 45-minute briefing.
Mortgage-specific deep dive or application walkthrough - that is the Mortgage Application Experience Audit ($2,500).
A live prototype or design preview - that is the Opportunity Review ($4,500).
Access to internal systems, analytics, or data. This engagement is based entirely on your publicly available digital experience.

Key terms

Timeline: 14 business days from confirmed payment. The Signal Report is delivered first; the briefing session is scheduled after delivery.
Scheduling: After payment, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule the 45-minute briefing at a mutually available time.
Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. No work starts until payment is confirmed by Stripe.
Refund policy: No refunds once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact shanelle@shanelleroberts.com within 24 hours of payment.
Confidentiality: Findings from this engagement are confidential and intended for your internal use only.
Governing terms: This engagement is subject to the Terms of Service.
