What is included
- Customer Acquisition Signal Report - a written diagnostic covering your bank's full digital acquisition footprint across retail products. Delivered as a PDF prior to the debrief session.
- 60-minute Opportunity Debrief session - a live video call (Zoom or Google Meet) walking your team through Signal Report findings and the opportunity landscape in depth.
- Live prototype preview - during the debrief session, Shanelle will share her screen to show a visual prototype demonstrating what a stronger acquisition experience could look like for your bank. This is shown live on screen as part of the conversation.
- Session recording - a recording of the debrief call for internal circulation.
- Findings presentation deck - a slide deck summarizing key findings, provided after the session for sharing with stakeholders.
Important - prototype terms
The prototype shown during the debrief session is a visual demonstration only. It exists to make the opportunity tangible during the conversation.
The prototype is not a deliverable. It will not be transferred, exported, emailed, or provided in any form after the session. No design files, no specifications, no source files, no screenshots for circulation.
The prototype and all visual concepts shown remain the intellectual property of Shanelle Roberts / Smart Chic Systems Inc. It may not be reverse-engineered, recreated, or used as a specification for implementation by your team or any third party.
If you want the prototype developed into a delivered design asset, that is a separate engagement. Contact shanelle@shanelleroberts.com to discuss.
What is not included
- Prototype files, design files, exported assets, or specifications of any kind.
- Implementation, development, or build work.
- Ongoing advisory, retainer, or follow-up sessions beyond the 60-minute debrief.
- Access to internal systems, analytics, or data. This engagement is based entirely on your publicly available digital experience.
- Mortgage-specific application walkthrough - that is the Mortgage Application Experience Audit ($2,500).
Key terms
- Timeline: 21 business days from confirmed payment. The Signal Report is delivered first; the debrief session is scheduled after delivery.
- Scheduling: After payment, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule the 60-minute debrief at a mutually available time.
- Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. No work starts until payment is confirmed by Stripe.
- Refund policy: No refunds once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact shanelle@shanelleroberts.com within 24 hours of payment.
- Prototype IP: All visual work created for this engagement is and remains the intellectual property of Shanelle Roberts / Smart Chic Systems Inc.
- Confidentiality: Findings and materials from this engagement are confidential and intended for your internal use only.
- Governing terms: This engagement is subject to the Terms of Service.
